Had a Mr. Hector as well and sold it. I miss it pretty badly too. It's a very special amp and it always worked great in the mix in the end even if it sounded pretty boring on its own.

Yeah, that's true I liked it more than the Fireball 100, when i had one to compare it. The Fireball was too stiff compared to the Hector, but i missed the overtones and the artificial harmonics with the Hector.
I liked the sound when the guy came to buy and test it, though
Totally different story : hearing vs. playing yourself....(vs. playing with yourself)
