Language constructions/misuse that piss you off

People who write non-questions and then end the sentence with a question mark, they should stop it. To me it's pretty annoying, and I don't really see the point to it?
 
I'm okay with that if it's actually a question that's worded as a non-question, but ended with a question mark. Like:

Person A: Why did you eat that?

Language-abusing dickhead: I was hungry?

In this case, someone is offering "I was hungry" as an explanation, but it's a tentative one they're not sure will fly, so it's written as a question.
 
I think a new form of punctuation used specifically for tentative responses to questions is necessary.
