Lopez could use his Blud Disorder attack. Would totally make Lars all tired and crap.
But Lars could play St. Anger and Lopez would blow up in an awesome array of fireworks. Mendez would jump in and do his funky headbang, whipping his hair at Lars till he died.

Lars is a damn veteran pirate he would probably bite Martin like a vampire or rip his ear off, especially if he taunted him about Napster and downloading etc... Martin might get him in Lock or hold of some sort and break some bones and possibly kill him resulting in Lopez joining Metallica.
