Last.fm Beta page

[Bleak Eyes]

I really do not like the beta page for last.fm. I almost hate it, haha. There is just something about it that does not appeal to me. I miss the old page. It used to let me go back to the original style, but not anymore that I can see.

Opinions?

The overall design and textures are better.
But everything's too big, and I miss the clear blocks that divided all the different topics.
And where's the top tracks of the week and such?

Yeah, I can see a hint of progression, but it gets outnumbered by suckiness

There are some news things that are somewhat nice. Such as seeing top artists in the past 7 days, 3 and 12 months. Same with tracks. The biggest blow is that the weekly charts are not on the main page.

What im really pusseled about is why a page that has a somewhat original look changes to something that looks like a boring random advertising-page.
Whats the gain in that?

I opened it the other day and couldn't be bothered even trying to work out where everything was again... so I closed it and haven't been back.

It's true.. even myspace is trying to. Though I am a facebook fan. It is much cleaner than facebook. They miss important things like being able to stay LOGGED IN on myspace.

I don't hate it, but it still is a bit confusing for me. I've only been using Last fm for a month so I wasn't even aware of all the features anyways.
