Live Videos Thread

They used to play Hellion as an encore on their first europe tour so there are plenty for vids of COB performing this song with just guitar. On top of that: at the Warmen gig at the Spinefeast at Sea he was on stage without a guitar.

I love that hellion video. Especially the part where alexi hits his head with the mic haha

1:07-1:12 more of that kind of keyboards to COB please.

PS: I'm in awe of why Janne uses the HCDR (song) intro sound for Bed Of Razors these days. It sounds so bad. Why don't he use the Blooddrunk / Angels Don't Kill sound which is fairly close to the original Bed Of Razors sound. It serves no justice to the sheer geniosity of the Bed Of Razors intro in say Tokyo Warhearts. That stuff would rock if they again used that original intro and put the song higher on the setlist.

lol

"can you scream louder than Toronto?... Can you sing louder then Montreal?"

Oh,i thought i misheard alexi but it's seems i had understood what i says  even if he inevitably says fucking toronto/montreal.
Btw i think that the way alexi pronunces toronto led my astray...

And what does he say after that?
"Can you drink more than an hell.... finland? no you can't"
janne:"dude,nor i can drink more than a hell.....finland"

He says "can you drink more than Helsinki, Finland?" and then Janne says "Hey, nobody can drink more than Helsinki, Finland. You know that."

I can't find the 2008 Stockholm footage of Angels Don't Kill, but I have the video saved on my comp so its okay :D
I dug through my favourites and found this video of Sixpounder

I loved it at the time cus I watched it like when it was posted, it was raw premium current footage of Bodom and it is a good performance. Solo is great, vocals are great (long proper screams), band kept well in time, did the silent bit, and most importaintly, sounds like it was a successfull soundcheck. No one needs to be stabbed when that happens

Oh yes, I was there. That was so awesome :D

And it was the first and only time I've seen them so far so that adds to the awesomeness.

Totally amazing guy :headbang:

^
2.27 in the 2nd video. he totally feels it.

Though, it doesnt impress me (except for the speed) and I would never listen to music played that fast and I didnt really like what played.
But he's fast.

those world record speed guitarists are fucking lame. Sounds like shit, write and play something melodic and original, like Alexi
