I have to go two hours for metal shows and all the opening bands are shitty awful hardcore bands that sound exactly the same. I stopped going to shows a year ago. Clubs don't care about sound and people don't care about music in these parts. Concerts are embarassing.
The last shitty show me and a friend went to go pulled over at 2 in the morning and almost hit 8 deers after. Things like these are really not worth it.
If a show really kicked ass I would not mind hitting a deer with a car ha. If I ever go to a show and see some stupid overweight hardcore band strumming one chord in different positions for 30 minutes i'm seriously going to throw shit at them
