A couple of weeks ago they were 50 with a free cable, saw it on a thread about em here and snapped one up. An aunt was travelling over the next week so carried it over for me( I'm in Ireland).
Used a mates pair a few times as main OH and when I got my Oktavas as a spot mic on ride and hats. Does the job pretty well, they've very clear and pick up the body of the hats well. Since I got mine I've been using it on hats at gigs and am happy with it, haven't gotten to record with it lately though. Tried a good few different mics on hats live lately- 57, beyer m201, oktava 012, nt5 and the f15 held up really well. I'm not a fan of dynamics as spot cymbal mics, haven't tried an sm 7 yet though.

What about a "certified dealer" selling 2 NT5s and 2 AT2020s for $450 "in retail packaging" or just the NT5s for $340

Foam on, I don't really know why, I should test it without because I see lot's of people are using it without.
I just went with the Audix F15.. I got it for $49.95 brand new with an mic cable. I didn't want to risk buying a fake 57.

57, or sm7 or sm81. 81 is a really cool mic but i just don't think the sm7 can be beaten. Foam off for everything.
