Hey guys, this is a local band in my area that some of my best friends are in. I realize that statement alone can discount a band's credibility (OMGeEe maH FRENdz R N dis band1!), but hey, you're in the Off-Topic Tavern because you're bored and have nothing better to do, right?
A nice list of reference influences would be Kyuss, Led Zeppelin, Creedence Clearwater, and Soundgarden. The main vocalist is kinda meh, and the engineer didn't wanna pitch correct any more than he did (which wasn't much). Minimalist kinda guy. I'm gonna involve myself more in the next recording and help him pick some better mics for the guitar cab, vocals, etc.
