Hi guys!

Feel free to mix my song "Multiverse". It's instrumental song and hope that will be useful for practice. There are 4 main folders: Guitars, Bass (bass1 - trilian, + midi bass) Drums (midi + original wavs) and Synths.

Here is the reference mix:

Better quality on my bandcamp page -> http://widekmusic.bandcamp.com/track/multiverse/

Tempo: 115

Important! -> I have a small problem with my old midi files - you must nugde your own bass and drums.wav imported from my midi file to 0.00.250 in the session. Sorry for that!

Have fun! ;)

Im just a noob, but I gave it a shot. I cant do any fancy stuff yet, just trying to get a clear sound.

:headbang:

Sounds pretty good but I think the kick needs a little less boost in the highs and the guitars seem a tiny bit thin like they need just a small about of bass back in them but then you probably would have to cut the low end some on the bass.

That sounds good to my ears, man. Are the guitars an amp sim btw? Sounds like it. How do you guys get Trilian's low end to sit so good in the mix? I always seem to have problems with that...

Thanks.
Yeap. All coming from the TSE X30 and LeCab2 plus some other effects. the clean guitar is AradazAmp2(green).
First time I've worked with Trillian bass. Just did the same thing I usually do. Some eq-->StudioDevil Virtual Bass Amp-->Classic Master Limiter. Usually just roll of the lows around 65hz to around -14db or so with a moderate curve then notch around 60hz so the kick can come through. Then there is some playing around with the amp sim settings till it's as growly as I want it. The guitars I usually have highpassed around 128hz and lowpassed around 11.5khz on lecab2.

Dude this sounds amazing. Downloading now. Can't wait to give this one a try.

Were there others you've posted? All I've seen thus far is "Passing" and this one. I'm interested in all of your work man, post some links if you've already posted other mix stems. lol. Thanks! Cheers!

mhh..in the first post it's said that the drums should set to 0.00.250 .. i did that..it's strange yes^^ i try it again.
