This album is UN. FUCKING. RULY. At first I thought it was the best QOTSA album, then I wasn't sure, and now I'm not sure of being unsure. All I do know is Someone's in the Wolf is one of the greatest songs I've ever heard. There is a lot of hidden stuff with this album, all kinds of strange background noises, vocals, weird shit, etc. Very very cool album, the musical equivalent to this dude:

Anybody have the DVD edition? It has a little Making Of bit, the video for Someone's in the Wolf (my fucking goat it rules), and an psychological profile bit with Josh Homme by Sara Silverman. Good stuff!

It does indeed kick ass, although I dont think its better than "Songs for the Deaf." Then again, that album is always in my car and I listened to it for damn near a year straight, so we shall see if Lullabies can withstand the test of time.
