well Lizard, i did that when i had the thing....well except uninstall the USB because that shouldnt have been necessary since the USB for my other camera works fine..

okay, that's what happens when I play doctor and don't know all the symptoms...one thing I've learned tho in this help desk job, you can't assume what people know, but you were already ahead of me.
