making an epic war siren sound for a friend's project

Any sound-effects geniuses can teach how to create one using synths or anything?

I dont like what i get from the net. I would really like to control the length of the sound to fit on some song.

i really like their samples, they sound really nice. there are also a lot of free ones but i am not sure if there is a siren.
