i think cold showers were the only way i survived one college summer with no a/c. i did temp jobs that summer, and was home half the time with no money and no place to go except the library. cold showers rule, though- i like taking one after exercising. although i take them at home because i have no desire to take showers with 60 yr old overweight men.
