musickey, alot of that low end is probably coming from the guitars. Guitars were 2 tracks of mesa double rec though an oversized cab with no high pass. I think I actually low shelved around 80hz for a few db.

Bass fed a Boss HM-1 (Heavy Metal Pedal) through a old peavey head and a Ampeg 8x10. I think I miced it with a Sennheiser e602 and a 421.

BTW, we just pressed a few hundred of the Martriden demos and will start shoping this week. I think the guys are planing on selling a very limited amount of this first pressing. head over to their UM forum if you're interested.
