[Crimson Velvet]

In my opinion, they are the only band who managed to take the genre one step further after the glory days of the american and Swedish scenes had passed. Extremely well done instrumentation, fantastic song writing and a artistic vision that haven't been seen in YEARS. I wanted to pick At the Gates, but I thought they deserved a spot there, and I wanted to include Possessed...

EDIT: not to mention that they pay the amount of respect to the old legends that I feel is warranted by 'new' bands!
