Yeah, from what I hear of that album, the guitar equivalent would be "well, the fourth fret is pretty good, but everything else is sub-par". Plus it's a bit on the quick side (assuming you actually get it this time) for that kinda comparison.

Oh, also it would be built of Ibanez, Gibson, ESP and Schecter parts, with just the Jackson name on the headstock.

just spoken to jackson usa people and my guitar is apparently 3 weeks off completion, its being painted at the moment!!

You have a point with that, the worst thing isn't the delay, it's the "Oh yeah, it'll be done *then and then*.. *that day comes* Next week!" and so on, it's not professional.
