Friggin sucks Annihilator refuses to play in the U.S. The only east coast bands that would most likely play on this Megadeth show is Anthrax, Overkill, Nuclear Assault, and Dream Theater.

Dave did not mention Testament, nor Anthrax or any other band listed here, nothing is confirmed yet. But Megadeth/testament/Nevermore definitely would be a killer gig.
