Dave Mustaine is a tool and I'm glad these bands that have joined him on tour are kissing his ass and simply using him to get their bands out there.

I'm on the Celtic Frost message board, when Tom Warrior directly speaks to us on a personal level. Blabbermouth constantly views the site and then removes a paragraph here, and a paragraph there and splices them together to make a story. Dave is not a tool. We have all made mistakes in life, and will admit that he has made plenty...but cut him some slack. He is trying to do things the right way in life, and he is also trying to give metal fans something they will never forget with Gigantour. He's only human...and I could probably name a thousand people in the metal world that have done stupid things due to thier addictions....hell, I saw Warrell get run over by his own U-Haul after a show they played in my area...we all do foolish things, Dave is no different...just give him a chance.

One person called Dave out on the Rotting Christ situation on the deth boards and all hell broke loose. Either Dave or his right-hand man pulled the plug on the board for the time being because of this. 
Here's what a friend said on another board...
"Dave makes a statement regarding canceling festivals in Greece and Israel due to having to share the bill with the band Rotting Christ. He makes three statements, and none are clear to his actual intentions of whether he will or not. He then makes a post in Deth Topics entitled "If you love me..." and it has him explaining his situation and his beliefs in the issue and asks that everyone accept his apology in regards to should Megadeth be no shows at these festivals. Then Erik (Hell Awaits You) says in the thread he will accept Dave's apology only if he gives an explanation about why he would consider canceling on his Greece and Israeli fans like that just because of a (Dave's words) "satanic band" (which they aren't, despite the name). Erik then brings up that Dave has shared the stage with Rotting Christ already before, and asks why he would consider canceling this appearance when he invites or considers inviting other openly anti/non-religious bands on his own tour such as Fear Factory, Otep, Children of Bodom, etc. This of course causes an uprising, people start flinging insults at him, telling him to "fuck off" and other such things. A few were hospitable about it, but most took offense to it, even though he never demanded an answer, he simply stated he would like one, and that Dave's Greek and Israeli fans deserved one as well. A few people intervened on his behalf (myself, Goatee Fiend, Dark Mewtwo, Vile and a few others) and tried to get them to understand what he wanted was very simple and yet the crap still went on, more insults came his way, the She-Wolves came down on him for apparently calling RockChickBabe retarded (which he didn't), and thus it continued until the thread disappeared, Erik was banned, and within a few minutes the site went down."
