Yeah, smoking does make your voice lower, but it doesn't help with the long growls and stuff...... I really can't understand how he can belt it out live if he smokes.

Ok wolftribe, I dont think he meant it in that context. Even if you smoke, which I do, you can still pull off great vocals and prolong screams just as well. Its more technique than anything else. I talked to the lead singer from Lamb Of God awhile ago, and I know he smokes quite a bit, but his vocals do quite well never the less.

^ fuckin a man. i feel EXACTLY the same as you on that. i came home last night from hangin with my buddy, who smokes quite a bit, and i smelled like fucking shit. i don't know how people could not care that they go into public smelling like donkeyballs. well, i dunno, i guess people just like killing themselves a lot quicker too.
