Miner's Foundry

I know DL isn't playing with Exodus this weekend, but I'm curious -- why Nevada City? Is there a metal underground there?

The miner's foundry looks like it'll be some sort of ballroom, for square dancing and quilt shows, not thrash metal. Has any other metal been there? If not, they'd better be ready! Rock on!

It's a cool short by wide venue up in the hills. A decent turnout -- I saw Chuck Billy there, I know that Deadly Embrace had the best spot of all up in the crow's nest looking down, now that's the shit. I guess you did do the lights. Exodus played another great show, though I really couldn't hear the vocals that well up front.

Good to have been the first to hear the first new song in 10 years, Throwing Down. I'll be the first in line to get the new CD.
