Has anyone ever watched "The Justice Friends"? It's a cartoon series about superheroes who go around solving everyday issues instead of saving the world. Hilarious, if you ask me. Best cartoon ever.
American Chopper rocks. There's just something about watching a bunch of blokes you would run from if you saw coming, arguing while trying to build a hot bike.
Only show you have to worry about watching is The Shield
Also, Smallville has been great this season on TV here (season 3).
Other honourable mentions -
Lost (Season 2 is AWESOME)
Rescue Me (Denis Leary as a firefighter post 911 who sees ghosts of people who died = )
Stargate Atlantis (This ruled, but I fell way behind in watching it)
The way SciFi is treated on television in this country is despicable. Stargate and Stargate Atlantis would both do well in a prime time spot, I bet. Altantis was good when I could be bothered sitting up to watch it. Same as Battlestar Galactica. When it was on at 9:30 I wouldn't miss it, and then they moved it to 10:30 so they could show some reality bullshit before it, so I just stopped watching it.
I used to watch "Eyes" on Warner Channel a while ago. Only detective show i've ever liked. But i quickly became too lazy to watch it, and now i don't know what's happened in so long. Eh...
I could never get into any of the stargate series. If something I wanted to watch was on too late I just always taped it (basically every series of star trek ever played on tv).
Speaking of star trek, Enterprise was getting really awesome I thought. Too bad they canned it. Also Iron Chef is a fantastic show, but I always miss it or forget to tape it cause its on saturday night.
Stargate Atlantis was great because they were able to just go...ok, lets fling ourselves to a galaxy that's completely seperated from earth's, and start from scratch. new enemies, new allies, new crew...it was awesome.
s2 was looking cool but I didn't keep up with downloading it
Do we have any Firefly fans in the house? Those of you willing to waste time on the new Battlestar Galactica and various Stargate shows would do well to see how space opera should be done. Pity they only made 14 episodes before getting the chop, but the whole lot's out on DVD now so you've got no excuses. Off you go...
Supernatural this week was more of the same, but the Rush song at the end was a nice touch
