Likely because Gotham isn't a proper word, so there is no direct translation for it, therefore his arguement is based on a bogus translation, so doesn't hold much steam.
Ah, I understand what you're saying now. You're talking about his whole post, I thought you were commenting on just a little bit of it. In which case, yes, you're right. Sorted. Good.
My apologies. I guess the stupid tv translators are to blame this time around. Plus i did my research (kind of) and Gothenburg isn't Gothic City, it's named after a river which is named after a tribe (or something of the sort).
Anywho, i still think Batman isn't really a superhero, which makes the whole concept of him, the cartoon, the comics and the movies quite superfluous, if you ask me. What kind of superhero doesn't have any weapons but relies completely on high-technology weaponry and accessories?
And yes, night is more evil and brooding than daytime, but it's also more beautiful (at least to me). Don't make the mistake of calling daytime "pretty" and "lovely".
Also did anyone catch Garth Marenghi's Darkplace last night on sbs after southpark? It was very odd but kinda funny in places haha. Kinda like roger explosion type bad acting and sets but set in a hospital with a horror theme.
Thirdly, did anyone see Supernatural last night? They play RATT! Round and round was played in the show for about 30 seconds. It was very cool. I like this show.
That is the question I couldn't answer on the Full Metal Racket metal god trivia two weeks ago. Who's first hit was Round And Round. I guessed Quiet Riot. I was wrong. So close to winning to.
