MIXING TIME, SONG2: DI and Midi inside.

I don't think I ever posted my final version of this,

ProRMP --> TS9 --> 6505+ --> Marshall 412 with V30s --> 1 SM57

I was listening today, and I thought it was OK. This was the only time I ever captured the true mid grind of a 5150, And that's the sound I love. Other may hate it, but I dig the tone I got on this. At least the grind was working for this music, maybe not other music. I dig, personally. Let me know what you guys think! I'm only 14, so I'm not the best engineer, but its a hobby of mine.

Thanks man!

Funny this about this clip, I recorded this when my amp was starting to sound like shit. ( Bad tubes I think, still have to have it checked out, haven't played out of it in at least a month.)

The amp sounded god awful in the room as i was running the DI's back thru it, but it came out alright recorded. I can't wait to get a proper cab back (no longer have the Marshall) and get that bad boy fixed up. Will be doing plenty more clips with it, as well as new re-amps.

It's gonna be a while, though. No funds :cry:

All in good time though. Thanks again buddy!

hi , here is my quick mix with my revalver preset i think the sound is not bad :)... have a question please do you use an effect on the DI's tracks?? Because your sound is very clean and punchy!! thanks in advance ;)

My try, put some time on the mix but the "master" is bullshit... A little too much bass on this one, and kick seems to have fallen back, but whatever, too lazy to "re-master" it. Gonna post song #3 soon too.
