mono samples to pseudo OH - blind comparison

There was a little thing that was bothering me about cymbal and hihat samples. I've made these 4 samples each using slightly different method to place mono samples into stereo field... tell me which sounds best and guess how I processed them.

Please respond! It's just four 10-second-samples... Then I tell you what I exactly did if you want. By this blind comparison I want to avoid prejudices about stereo processing methods.
