hmmm... never had anything specific for video games. Just whatever I'm listening to while I'm playing.

For the sake of the thread though, while I was playing Ultima Online earlier today, I was listening to:

Kreator - Violent Revolution
Edge of Sanity - Purgatory Afterglow

They seemed to work.

I never play videogames, but some guys I know was playing that Tony Hawk Playstation game and I smacked on Hellacopters' "Payin' the dues" album and I think it fitted very well! They usually complain when I put music like that on (or any music that is), but they didn't this time.

I tend to play only FPS and RPG games.....For Doom/Quake type dark games like that (if you don't want to listen to the often freaky music) usually some electronic/ambient type stuff works good, like old Stabbing Westward, Mortal, or Dargaard. Duke Nukem on the other hand........either Running Wild or Rhapsody. Technical death is pretty good for the newer shooters like Halo and Half Life, e.g. Death, Extol, Cynic. RPG's it usually doesn't matter, for me. Maybe some Stormwitch would do good, or Dream Theater.

i play FPS games mainly, i find something brutal while playing them such as last days of humanity, dead infection, regurgitate, severe torture goes down well, it works me up.....those are good to fuck to aswell...ahem
