Music to be miserable to...

Now, the 'music to be cheered up to' thread has gone down a treat, and has some really excellent suggestions in it. Some of it, in fact, is beginning to cheer me up (a monumental task). But I think I'm gonna have days when being cheered up just... isn't gonna be an option (as I'm sure everybody else will at some point). And on those days, we all need something to compliment our solemn mood.

So, with that in mind, what music does everybody think is most suited to wallowing in our own depression? I have a few... but I'll contribute them later.

Any suggestions?

Pain of Salvation - Be. especially Vocari Dei, Iter Impius.
Unicorn - Emotional Wasteland & Ever Since
Rain - Cerulean Blue
Mostly Autumn - The Spirit of Autumn Past
Antimatter - Planetary Confinement
Edge of Sanity - Infernal
Nightingale - I
Katatonia - any
IQ - Seventh House
Ulver - Perdition City
Virgin Black - Sombre Romantic
Zero Hour - The Towers of Avarice
Riverside - Voices In My Head EP
Redemption - s/t
Pineapple Thief - Variations on a Dream esp. Remember Us
OPETH - Damnation

Marillion - Marbles
Fates Warning - A Pleasant Shade of Gray
Everon - any
Blackfield - s/t
Björk - Vespertine
Anathema - A Natural Disaster
Wishing Tree - Carnival of Souls

I would say anything by My Dying Bride or Mourning Beloveth works...
I also listen to Pelican sometimes too. I'm not sure why...it isn't particularly somber music.

Angry depressed:

Blood Red Throne - Affiliated with the Suffering
Vader - Litany (Xeper especially)
Emperor - Anthems to the Welkin at Dusk
Marduk - Panzer Division Marduk

Otherwise depressed:

My Dying Bride - The Angel and the Dark Water
Dark Lunacy - Forget Me Not
Counting Crows - August & Everything After
Acid Bath - Pagan Terrorism Tactics
Katatonia - Viva Emptiness
Agalloch - The Mantle
Siebenburgen - Plagued be thy Angel

A few random songs (the above are all albums):

Opeth - To bid you Farewell
Camel - Ice
Gloomy Grim - Say Just Words
The Verve - Bittersweet Symphony
Strapping Young Lad - Bring on the Young

Oh, and Nortt. They're the only band I've seen described as 'funeral metal'. Its fairly hard to listen to, though.

Dream Theater - Scenes From A Memory (It is pretty depressing if you follow the story.)

Ayreon - Actual Fantasy (It isn't exactly depressing, but the atmospherical content of the songs are pretty low.)

Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here (Duh)

- the TMSFGJAEUPGWMSFFWELCFBTPMN
