Music with chello's

my friend is an awesome cello player, and ive been trying to find some good chello stuff in metal or prog. She's heard Apocalyptica, but im sure theres more out there. any way do u guys have any suggestions??

Azrael. One-man USBM project. Fairly progressive and meandering compositions, compare atmospherics to Leviathan or Nachtmystium.

Check out Act II: Through Horned Shadows Glimpse. the contrasbass creates these weird, grinding lines that mutter beneath the screeching and guitars.

I like this album, but I don't think it's for everyone, so look for a sample first.

Also neither metal nor prog, but you could check out Rasputina. It's essentially a bunch of women rocking out on cellos. The selection of songs on that MySpace is miserable unfortunately. I recommend just checking out the albums How We Quit The Forest or Frustration Plantation. Mind you this is strictly quirky rock stuff so you have to be into that to appreciate this at all.
