I wouldn't liken Anathema to McDonalds. McDonalds serve undercooked, bland 'food'. Anathema are more like Wimpy. Serving something similar to what others do, but taking time over it, to make sure that it is the best it can possibly be

England is great at donor kebabs. A Friday or Saturday night just wouldn't be the same without a kebab after leaving the pub. I don't really like the chicken kebabs though, not greasy enough.
