I liken it to going to your favourite restaurant. You've eaten there often, you know what you like, so you're just giving the waiter some hints to pass on to the chef!!;) But in the end you just have to have whatever meal is dished up to you...

then it's like going to the MacDonald's, cause there are so many Anathema customers, and you can't ask for something special just for ONE customers haha :D

peace,
mehdi

Would that make Vincent, 'Ronald'?

Danny would have to be 'Hamburglar' because he's always up to tricks ;)

Oh, come on! McDonalds has delivered quality, affordable food for generations. Tell me there's something better than a Quaterpounder with Cheese after a hard days relaxing!

Only then will I stand corrected.

How about 15 pints of good beer, and a donor kebab. that's better than a quarterpounder with cheese any day. many things, in fact are better than a quarterpounder with cheese, but i dont have about 2 days to go through them all right now.

Point taken *ahem*.

Clearly I'd forgotten to mention the mandatory, yet copius, amount of beer intake needed.

Don't listen to that guy :) , please include more of the floaty soundscapes on the next album! A Fine Day to Exit is full of this beautiful guitar noise, but there's never enough of it! More experiments, more broken legs, more experience, more music, more masterpieces! :D

Yeah, don't listen ;) The new albums sounds very cool tho, contrasting.. I like it :)

And what about Burger King :p They make you pay more for a far inferior product :D A bit like Westlife!

Oof, but it's up to youuuuu to structure the heard sounds into music! ;) What do you think of jazz? Or, say, Tangerine Dream or Kluster or other german 70's rock? Or early industrial? Are they structured? What about Ummagumma by Pink Floyd?

Still, it's all music. Music is cool.

i don't know for england but here in france some of them are just perfect jewels. but well, some of them are just terrible haha

well no maybe not all the time. but we have talked about doing some down tuned stuff again, live and on recordd.
then again we have talked about doing an "nick drake style" album, and then again a song so fast you would never believe its anathema!
so who knows? not me.

danny.

Fast??? I can't imagine what we'll get to hear then... like metallica (MOP, AJFA)? The faster pieces of doom metal? (I'm just listening to The Light at the End of the World - MDB, just searched a piece to know sure i'm telling no nonsense, in Edenbeast par example at 4min50sec), black...

As long as its good, I would wait 2 years, as long as it kicks ass
