This is just the first draft. I'd like to get some feedback on what I could improve. obviously there's some production stuff that needs to be done. fades, delay, etc. but really I'd like some input on any sections that sound awkward, out of time, or just sloppy. Thanks guys.

I thought it was great. The tapping section was a bit too long I think, but other than that I enjoyed it.

Thanks. Yeah, I had that tapping section for only half that length and the other half was a Paul Gilbert-ish string skipping thing, but that was just too overdone for this song. I'm getting this done for free so if I can think of something to put in that space I'll do it.

I like the little Friedman/Becker-ish influence in the leads on the first song. They're both pretty cool.
Was the To Live Is to Die sounding part at the end of the second track purposefully put there? Either way I like it.

yeah. I tagged that on at the end there because one of the last times I saw Mark he was super into Metallica, and it happened to be in the right key.

I also like that you can tell I was listening to Friedman when I wrote that. There's just as much Paul Gilbert and Gary Moore in there but the Friedman comes out the most I think.
