Okay, well it has finally arrived. I've been quite quiet about it, but it has finally arrived.

My lovely new Blackmachine!!! It is made from one solid piece of quilted mahogany, snakewood fret board, Ceramic Warpig pickups and all the usual malarky. It is truely stunning and really doesn't come across that well in the pictures. However I have taken quite a few.

Enjoy!

Well Ive been a BKP user for quite a while now. They aren't the normal Warpigs, they are a custom wind, with a ceramic magnet, just how I like them. I have Nailbombs in my Ibanez RGT2020, and in my 7 with a Cold Sweat in the Neck and I have the ceramic warpig in my ESP MV300 as well. Im a huge fan of BKP, i think they sound great, and have a really clear open sound.

However this guitar has taken them to a new level. The guitar sounds fantastic unplugged. Extremely loud and the you can hear the tone of it beautifully. Then plugged in, it just rips it up. The distortion sounds so clear and tight, chord voicings come out amazingly. It also cleans up, to the extent where I don't need to use the clean channel if need be. It also has a coil switch which in position one, its humbuckers, then postion two the bridge is in humbucker neck in single coil, then the third postion both pickups are in single coil. Also with the 3 way switch, thats alot of possibilites for sounds. I will at some point do some clips. Not sure if I'll be able to do it with the Engl straight away.

Thanks for the comments!

Yeah, i heard so many things about BK, and all good. Not ONE bad review on any pickup. It seems to be the Holy Grail of pickup manufacturers :heh:

I think he was talking about the guitars. Unfortunately not. They first off started with Nevborn then moved onto Ibanez recently.

However there are pics of them using them

The guitar is killer, but I hope that can of hairspray and the dreamcatcher on the wall belong to your girlfriend. :heh:

Samples are on their way! Need to get back to London were my guitar is at the moment.

And Metal Kingdom the can is deodrant, and I don't live at home at the moment, but its were all my gear is. My mum has taken over my room......i swear!

Nice Blackmachine!

I really like the way the binding on the body is trimmed away on the upper edge.

Any chance you'd post some images of the back of the guitar? Where is the jack-input on this one? Is it located in the strap-button?
