My studio partner and good friend died today

im still in shock
today at 21:11pm
a friend called me and told me that my partner (Jose) has died
i just had no words
the blood circulation of my body stopped for a moment
he was only 34 years old

he was in treatment for Cancer (that was discovered some months ago)
but everything was good he was "normal"...

then in December i spent 2 or 3 days without knowing about him
and then i see him on msn messenger
i talked to him and his wife told me
that he was in the hospital
that he had a problem with his pancreas and he was in the ICU

The thing that bothers me the most is that lately he was getting better
and suddenly 2 days ago everything went bad

he was a very generous person
he always said to everybody "if you need any of my studio equipment or my basses or something just ask"

R.I.P Jose
a good bassist/drummer, a good audio engineer and more importantly
a very good friend

you´ll never be forgotten

I'm very sorry to hear that...
I lost a work colleague last week, he died early Monday morning at his home. The Friday before we still had contact and everything seemed fine, Monday he was gone. He was 50 years old and has a 16 year old son... I still don't know what happened, and it just hits you hard.

sorry for hearing that dude. Cancer is a fucking bad disease - my grandma was just like that. One day she had some water at her lungs, one month later she was at the hospital bed with cancerous cells all around her body.
