Our guitar player is being unfairly victimized at his job. Someone accused him of stealing a book, and without any proof, his boss suspended him 'indefinitely' without pay. He is now in serious financial jeopordy.
We are trying to get a lawyer to help him out because he has a good case, but its going to cost $$$ to get the lawyer involved.
We want to throw some type of legal defense fundraiser in So Cal for him. We obviously would turn it into some sort of show and play it, and any band that wanted to join us would be welcome. We are wondering if anyone had any advice or experience in doing something like this?
George is the nicest and most honorable person you could ever meet. He is a former Marine who served his country. He is going with me to the Iron Maiden concert so many of you will get to meet him at the pre-show meetup.
