NEVERMORE have pushed back the tentative release date of their new album, "Enemies Of Reality", to July 28 through Century Media Records. The group have spent the few weeks recording the effort at a Seattle studio with producer Kelly Gray (QUEENSRŸCHE, SLAVE TO THE SYSTEM, DOKKEN) and expect to be done mixing sometime next month.

The follow-up to 2000's "Dead Heart in a Dead World" marks the final album under NEVERMORE's present contract with Century Media Records. The band, who feature in their ranks former members of the popular '80s power metal act SANCTUARY, are believed to be entertaining offers from several other record companies, including Nuclear Blast Records, who are said to have the inside track to sign the group following the expiration of their current agreement.

If July 28 is the release date, isn't that wrong? Because new music comes out on Tuesdays, is the correct?

actually, that tuesday rule is not always true :D. im in charge of the music movies and books section in ohio, and we are told what days movies andcd's come out. harry potter, for instance, came out on a friday, as did ghost ship.
as for eor, most independant stores are willing to sell street dated merchandise days early to get a jump on big retail stores like best buy. i know here you can get most cds a week early. anywho, selling street dates is a major crime , and say you bought something that wasntsupposed to be out and you told someone, the retail store can get fined up to 100,000 per dvd. i knowthat sounds extreme, but an ohio target was fined over a million dollars for putting "et" out a week early haha

It's all CENTURY MEDIA'S FAULT! Let's form an internet gang style war on them....hopefully forcing them to release it sooner.

The only way? Email the fuck out the those people at CM....and call. Alot. It's toll free. Heh, heh.
