New CD's that you have gotten recently

You hate the Crue, but like Guns N Roses??????
Riddle me that one..........

I don't get that either....I'll take Crue, or at least the first few albums, over most bands any day. They were one of the first bands I ever bought an album from, on one of those formats that I apparently wasn't around to see.....Shout at the Devil & Dr. Feelgood for $0.50/each (and also Open Up and Say Ahh and Tooth and Nail for the same price, but those didn't last as long for me).

What am I missing about Agent Steel?
Anytime I have checked em out I was always underwhelmed.

Nothing, they're a lousy band with no substance. Just another band that thinks if they sound like a sped-up Iron Maiden they don't need to write good songs. Also, the vocals on "Unstoppable Force" are completely ridiculous. I don't know how anyone could listen to that album without laughing themselves silly.

Nuclear Assault posted this weekend that Survive was getting re-issued....now it is just digital only! bummer. I have it on disc but would love a remastered version.

Download ITUNES.
Then you can download (legally) the remaster.
Within ITUNES, I believe you can create a playlist, and then rip it to a CD, so you can listen on your awesome Discman.

Actually, you may even be able to load it onto your phone.

I dont even think it is a remaster...it sounds like the band is just doing it themselves without label consent.

Well, maybe its an age thing then...............
Crue were one of the first bands I ever saw live.
It was definitely my first live exposure to a band who truly "lived" what they preached.

I do like some Guns tunes, and have no problem with them.

Vio-lence - Oppressing the Masses
Vendetta - Brain Damage
Pandaemonium - thelast prayer
Midas Touch - Presage of Disaster ( fantastic reissue by Divebomb)
Apollo Ra - Ra Pariah
