Rider- Probably any of them but i used http://www.isohunt.com/ and they had a ton of them...literally took me less than 10min to get it.

Bodom- A really great way to get a lot of things you need. I highly recommend you getting a torrent client. Bittorrent, Azureus...etc

I use uTorrent... small diskspace maximum downloading speed.

I was downloading In Sorte Diaboli at 100+ kb/s
