I actually enjoyed the album, and I've already got the story based on the song names and lyrics: generally speaking in terms of dimmu borgir they are satanists and this is their way of putting the prophecy in song form.

Prophecy sucks balls
I think this is basically the plot:
The Serpentine Offering- The serpent/snake, which represents satan who gives a man 'the calling' which is when somebody realises that their destiny is to follow satan, thus the album title: In Sorte Diaboli.
The Chosen Legacy- The follower has learnt the ways of satan, and he is taking the path to enforce the prophecy
The Conspiracy Unfolds- The conspiracy of Christianity, which is in constant spiritual war with satan has lost its strongest fronts of indoctrination and the common man will begin to discover the truth of Judaism, and Christianity
The Sacrilegious Scorn- The world begins to turn on Christianity.
The Fallen Arises- Satan has supposedly regained power and the war of Heaven and Hell's forces grinds to a hault.
The Sinister Awakening- God begins to realise that he is fated to lose.
The Fundamental Alienation- The world of Christianity and all Jehova related cults cease to exist. The human race as a whole have decided to no longer associate with him.
The Invaluable Darkness- Darkness prevails over the world, and it shall never lift from the earth.
The Foreshadowing Furnace- The vision of Earth will take on the form of hell
