One thing that bothers me: either I am blind, or "Who's Online" is gone. Is there a way to bring this back?

If it were easy it would already be implemented. There are a few quirks (like this) that baffles me why it isn't built-in to the software already. As soon as I can figure it out it will be added.

I keep getting this thing where the page only half loads and I start reading and scrolling from the last post read and when the page finally loads it takes me back to the start again. Happens on my phone and my computer.

Fixed. I had added support for some new sites and removed "Video" - thinking it wold use the forums built in stuff for that. Guess I was wrong!

Hm strange. Has it always done this since the upgrade or ? I haven't gotten any reports like this as of yet which is strange.

Yes. It happens to me but I've dealt with it.

When it does this to you on desktop, look in the lower left and see what the status bar says, the site that it is "waiting for" - I'm curious if it is anything other than ultimatemetal.com .
