Hey guys,

Band just put this up, and I had to post because it's one of my favourites on the album. Didn't want to tie up more space on the front page, so it's in RMM.

I dig the constant frantic pace of this one, and what we did with the vox with the reverse verbs and doubling in order to maximize the lyrical impact.

As before. Jeff Dunne for drum editing, James Murphy for guitar reamping, Plec for mastering and yours truly for engineering & mixing.

EDIT: I've also put up 'Nuclear Shadow', another one of my favourites, on the Systematic site for high quality streaming: http://www.systematicproductions.com/

i like the bass in this song alot. great job on mixing, sounds fantastic! btw how is that book coming along?

Cheers, glad to hear it. The bass tone came totally from the aggression of the band's bassist, Luke, who is now coincidentally endorsed by Dean guitars: http://www.deanguitars.com/inmaliceswake.php

The two guitarists just scored a listing on the Jackson Guitars Australia site, and the drummer scored a Tama endorsement as well! This is along with a record/distro deal in the last month too. It's all flying in for these guys.

The book is coming along well. I just have some misc. sections to write, then it's a matter of proof reading, and meanwhile working with Raziel on the cover/splash page for it so it has a recognizable visual identity.

Yeah, Shaun's vox have always loved reverb. He does a lot of those long screams that really want to carry on with delay and ambiance.

The end of 'Nuclear Shadow' is probably my favourite part on the record. The gangs and vocals came up great there IMO. Wish we had more atmospheric parts like that to work with, but the guys seem mostly interested in 'gogogog thrash kill warfare'.
