New to Skyfire...

Good to hear man...Timeless Departure is really one of my personal easiest CDs to listen too, excellent.

But of course now you have to check out their most recent, Mind Revolution! You'd do yourself well to pick it up ;)

Ill have to get that ordered at our record store... gonna start trying to sell alot of these guys... not many people into metal.. but we sold a TON of arch enemy's Wages of Sin... and I think this is everybit as good, and should appeal to the same people.

Skyfire blows sweaty manload all over Arch Enemy.

I've not nearly worked the whole of MR into my head yet, but so far i'd say it's at about the level of TD. I honestly don't think it's on another level from TD, because they are both so consistently similar in style and approach. MR is only a slight and subtle progression from TD, and the melodies in TD are just as strong as the ones in MD imo. MD is a little more aggressive I find....a bit thrashier in places...but I still think it's as good as TD and not considerably better. having said that though, they both are absolutely stellar albums by a stellar band so, it's not like i'm being derogatory!
