Don't let anyone give you any grief dude.. I've lived in Boston forever and HATE the Red Sox no matter how many championships they win!! And I'm a Philidelphia Flyers fan (After the Bruins...But still :)) to boot.

Man I gotta say I have been to many, MANY Pats games (Including the tuck rule game in 2001...Sorry Thraxx) And last night was probably the best one I have ever seen!! I mean don't get me wrong The Bills outplayed The Pats in every aspect of that game except heart. And that's the reason it was the best.. The Pats had no reason to realistically expect to win that game late in the 4th qtr, but not excepting that and forcing a key mistake was absolutely classic!!

I like to be realistic and if Brady can't shake off the rust and get on page with the new guys it's going to be a long season for them but they truly gave us a week one classic!!

I got home in time to catch the 2nd half of the Raiders - Chargers and thought your Raiders looked good Thraxx.. I still say their future looks good (Though I will be rooting against them every week for you know a high #1 draft choice) but even though people laugh every time I say this I'll say it again JaMarcus Russell is going to be a great QB!! He just doesn't have the team around him as of yet.
 
I think Russell has a good team this year, he just needs to be on target, and i do think the afc west is better now, the Chiefs also gave the Ravens a good run sunday. I really enjoyed the Monday night games very competitive!!!!
 
Last night games were both great. We had San Diego on the Ropes but failed to stop Sproles ( Mr. Butterfingers) and Gates. Now The 2 San Diego Fans ..... I dick was sitting next to me and started crap with everyone..... lucky security was there! Where was a lady( she was no lady) WITH A SIGN that siad 12 in ROW . Everyone was giving her crap and finally a Raider fan grabbed her sign and ripped it up..... all hell started loose! Now what about that bullshit call..... was that a touchdown or not?

I looked at it a few times more on YouTube..

It definitely looked a TD to me, I mean even if it was iffy it's the sort of play that "Homefield" was made for.. IMO refs blew that call.

In fact I don't want to beat it too much to death but with two feet down and on his ass in the endzoze (I.E. breaking the plain) before he lets go of the ball there is no doubt the refs blew that call and in all honesty they should be fined for a fuckup that obvious.. Even the announcers got it right
 
Refs blew the TD Call...

I was really impressed with the Raiders. I wish them well this season.

We beat the Chiefs after nearly beating ourselves with a pick and a blocked punt for TD.

Grats dude!!! Ugly or not they won (A division game to boot!!!)

I would love to say something bad about the Jets right now... But they beat the Pats the way I love to see teams get stomped and that's with AWESOME defense!! So I don't like the loss, but I definitely respect how the Jets did it!

Now how about losses with no respect.... I am sorry but other than delusional Cowboy fans is there anyone who see's Tony Romo as a top tier QB? I have been saying it for a while now and I'll say it again, their last playoff win was in 1996 and I will bet anything that they won't see another one till they have a starting QB who can actually lead the team....Romo is pathetic!!!

And take a look at what's going on across the bay from Thraxx... Damn if Singletary hasn't put his stamp on that defense!! Everyone knows how great Willis is but now the surrounding cast seems to be looking better. Those are two quality wins the 49ers got!!

And I love how the Chargers game ended (Sorry Flavio) but damn I can never see too much of Ray Lewis!! The guy's amazing!!

And while I scratch my head wondering what happened to the Titans I am hoping for an upset tonight if the Dolphins (Who I HATE!!!) either win outright or lose by less than 3 1/2 I'll be $300 richer..
 
Congrats Thraxx as ugly as it seems a WIN is a WIN and like T Man said it was divisional!!!

The Pats looked confused, hey T man, what is the story over there?? i know Seymour is with Oak, and they lost a lot of people on defense but Brady looks like he can't get into Rythm???

Ray Lewis what can I say???? still Chargers should missed to score on the red zone twice, i mean all the backups jumping way too many penalties!!!!!!
