I don't know what you guys seen and I watched this replay over 50 times now and there is a shoulder to the head. Even shows in that video.
Its crap the more I think and see. They clearly looked at the contact to the head. The problem is it wasn't an intent to hit in the head it was the intent to hit a player who did have the puck at point of contact who was in a defensless position. Not Grybas problem or real fault here...what is he suppose to do just let the player skate on thru?
Either way im sure being Montreal they'll have a full congressional investigation soon going on and if Ottawa wasn't in Canada they would have already imposed sanctions and boycotts...lol.

No, but was Absolutely leveling the guy the only option? No. He could of just rubbed him off and taken away any chance of Eller making a play with the puck it's that simple. I've seen tons of similar plays that ended in safe picks. Get what I'm saying? IMO I just think he had other options that would of had a safer end result.

Gryba is a big guy that caught a vulnerable player left out to dry by a mates poor pass. I actually think more damage was done when he hit his head on the ice after the hit. No player should get two games for that. Christ, Ferrance for my Bruins actually targeted the head with an elbow yet only gets one game. Go figure only in Montreal.

I dunno man, I'm not sure but I thought I seen one angle where there was 2 blood splats on the ice before he hit the ice. I dunno though. Like I said nothing we can do now. Not to mention the league has people who know the rules of the game as much as we do.

It seemed like his head flailed more because of the force driven to his shoulder and not an actual hit to the head..just can't agree with the call

The Wings are done it'd seem. DD going down really hurt the team's defensive balance...and our offense just has nothing going for it when Dats and Z are cold.

Typical Montreal. Getting thier asses kicked and then they start cheapshots all over the ice like a bunch f'in pussies that they are. Four fights break out and the Habs all get their asses kicked lol. Man I hate this team and how they act. The Sens are the only Canadien team that I somewhat like and have respect for...play the game the right way and have likable character guys. Hope they win this series.

Yeah we fucking lost. It's 1 game. 1 game doesnt dictate an entire series. Very rare has the habs lost 2 in a row all season.

And I will gladly go there Sys because the Bruins along with many other teams play it the right way finish the game and move on. Sure theyll get chippy and send messages...but I was embarrassed as a hockey fan to see how the Habs acted. Slashes, sucker punches, cross-checks all over and the worst part the Habs D-man shooting the puck directly at an Ottawa player as time ended in game. BOGUS BULLSHIT stuff!
