NHL 2013 SEASON IS GO!

Great game tonite! Well played both sides. Man I wish the Bruins could just get one fookin lucky bounce here. Bs brought the lumber bigtime in the 3rd...don't know how they didn't tie it. Teows didn't play at all in the 3rd, he took a few big hits tonite. Bergeron left the building in an ambulance, really didn't see anything major happen to him...yikes! Bs need to carry that physical great 3rd period effort back to Boston.

Edit: Bergeron ruptured spleen...rumored.

WTF are you kidding me...unreal finish.

Looked like the Bs were going to force a game 7 then 2 quick late goals by Chi to steal it tonite. I don't know what else the Bs could've done...they played amazing tonite and during the entire playoffs. Series couldve went either way imo...just wasnt meant to be for Boston. No excuses and Chi made the most of their opps and bounces, an amazing team with crazy talent. It just seemed like they seriously had all the fuckin puck luck in this series on top of it.

A devastated but very proud Bruins fan tonite! What an amazing ride this season was. Sorry for any over-analysing during this run lol. But man I get wrapped up, I love this sport and love the Boston Bruins, how they play and handle themselves!

Bergeron revealed that he played with a broken rib, torn cartilage and a seperated shoulder. Crazy tough...and he is surely not the only one.

God fucking dammit! Fuck the city of Chicago!

Krig, just curious, why do you hate Chicago so much? Springfield is much closer to Chicago than where I grew up, but yet it was all the Chicago teams I was drawn to as a kid. I didn't care much about football when I was young so by the time I did I picked the Buc's as my team, but everything else is Chicago sports. Bulls, Cubs, Blackhawks, & the University of Illinois for College Sports.

I'm a Bears fan thanks to my dad. But other than that I hate the city and all their teams.
I'm a Blues fan.
Cub fans are the most worthless fans in all of sports.
Throw in their shitty politics and that city can burn for all I care.

Props to the "UPs" in Chicago who took a full page ad out in the Boston Globe commending the city of Boston and the Bruins Organization for their efforts, how they carried things out n all that shit! Nice touch...Boston strong indeed!

Enjoy the Cup Hawks...maybe just maybe these two teams will battle for it again soon.

Sad day for TSN... Jay and Dan are leaving, I'm going to miss those guys lol...

WTF Kenny...

Signing Daniel Alfredsson...hopefully this means no more Cleary, but this also likely means the end of Brunner too :\

I think the Blues are talking about taking Miller from us Krig, I hope we do that and you guys can have Vanek too, just give us Pietrangelo and Oshie and it's even stevens..

Wtf. I assume Alfredsson moves because he wants a good shot at winning the cup, but I'd say that the Senators would've had a better roster than the Red Wings next year anyway.

Sens gave up too much for Ryan..Ducks win that trade big time

Don't agree.

Ryan could become a PPG player in the right environment and will create a great PP with Spezza as a setup guy. Meanwhile, having watched Silfverberg a lot in Sweden and some in the NHL I'd say he's pretty overhyped (he was invisible in the playoffs this year). Noesen and a #1 round pick is good but those are two players who have yet to play a single game in the NHL, at the end of the day.

David Clarkson gets 6 million a year for 7 years... That contract is fucking absurd...

and so is the Boyd Gordon contract... this is going to cause alot of arbitrations for third and fourth line guys wanting that same contract...

I'm happy with Briere signing for 2 years with the Habs, nor really a risk. He can get it done when he stays healthy and if the habs make the playoffs, Briere shines... ppg guy in the post season. That's if he stays healthy though.

Lol. After the Bs lose the Igilna sweepstakes to the Pens, then proceed to sweep the Pens, they just signed Igilna to a one year deal. Seguin and Peverly traded to Dallas for Loui Eriksson and Joe Morrow, think this is a win win maybe for both teams. Horton left for the Bluejackets.
