In another 5-10 years, they'll surpass Opeth

I obviously love the EP, but that is a massive call. Especially when it's extremely early to make a call of that size. They are certainly probably the most promising metal bands (at their age) but they have a way to go if they are to pass Opeth. The way they are going they are certainly going to be quite big/influential but they still have a long way to go, even with the Aurora Veil being great.

tortoise - TNT

tortoise is one of the very few bands im REALLY impressed with, they just have an awesome, awesome sound im yet to find anywhere else. they never, ever overplay or underplay, always have great flowing tracks and great interplay between all instruments, including the vibraphone (a fucking vibes man, crazy stuff). thoroughly recommend

I like it a lot! Really good Black/Thrash Metal! And Imminent Useless Soul is by a band called Hyadningar. Also a really good band. Check out both of 'em!
