Benoît Pioulard- Temper. Wow...08 just got a little better. I was hoping this would be as good as it is. Benoît Pioulard is young solo Folk/Electronic/Shoegaze artist. I loved his first album "Précis" which was extremely well reviewed around the place and I plugged it a bit here; though not as much as I should have. I was hoping he took another step up and his songwriting matured and it sounds like it most definitely has. One of the most promising artists atm iyam. Start with "Précis" then check out his new one "Temper". It's hard to pin point what he sounds like as it is a very beautiful blend of a variety of sub genres. Though people who are into Alcest and shoegaze in general should really enjoy it.
