Iced Earth - Dante's Inferno, probably the best thing they ever did along with Travel in Stygian and the original Something Wicked trilogy...

LUCIFER! BETRAYER OF GOD!

Deathspell Omega- Kenose, after reading Akerfeldt is into them the fanboy inside me wants to celebrate lol at how hard this EP crushes when you force yourself to stop listening to it for a while, then unleash it upon you after a few weeks. Next Fas for it's 89th spin lol.

Akerfeldt is in to them? That's amazing! Glad he can still get into the really heavy stuff, actually makes me really hopeful for the next Opeth record..guess I'm a tool :D Can you link me to the article? I'm gonna jump on the fanboyism boat by listening to Fas (insanely good) after Bloodbath - The Fathomless Mastery, which I haven't listened to enough.

I bought one Deathspell omega album, some latin title thing and I liked it. Sounded grim! They had something special. I like what I heard from Gojira, good riffs!
But yes, I'm stuck in my murky ol' vinyl collection and I still have probably 2500 Lp's I haven't listened to yet.

Got the new AC/DC! Great!

I love Circulus "Clocks are like people" sounds genuine although it's fairly new.

I loved the new Morbid angel song "Nevermore", sounded fucking awesome, as expected!

Hmmm...there's more good stuff out there, I just know it.

So I dont understand why I'm in such a black metal mood lately. Maybe it's because I never seemed to embrace the genre and instead I would listen to a few random BM albums I own from time to time. It seems that I cant stop listening to DSO, Negura Bunget, Drudkh, and a lil Burzum. Perhaps its the approaching winter weather, but I'm definitely stuck in a Black Metal mood.

^Been wanting to crack out some Drudkh recently. Probably gonna do "Autumn Aurora". Listened to a bit of Bunget the other day. I always can't stop listening to dso. Haven't listened to Burzum in ages.

The Allman Brothers Band- At Fillmore East, pretty sure this is my favorite live album of all time, can't think of a better one. Next Neil Young- Harvest which will continue the belting.

^Yeah it is amazing, I like Blood in our Wells a tiny bit more. But it's still a fantastic album and their 2nd best. Let's hope their next "Microcosmos" which has been pushed back to 09 is better than Estrangement. They left their label and went to Seasons of Mist I read the other week too.

Earthless- Roadburn '08, then 16 Horsepower- Low Estate.
