Death - Story to Tell

fucking hell, this cd is good!

terrible terrible album, full of bullshit weedly-wah guitar parts and irritating drumming that's only exacerbated by the high-treble cymbals . probably should have never been released, let death rest with symbolic after an amazing 6 album run, then start control denied with the fragile art of existence (which is a great album).

only good song on there is spirit crusher and even then it gets annoying when christy is going ratta-tat-tat on his cymbals all day long.

then id rather have seen him quit after individual thought patterns, symbolic is a boring-ass album.

Scald--Will of the Gods is Greater Power. Russian doom. The vocalist is second to none. After the singers death, Scald ended. Mixture of (viking-era)Bathory and early Solitude Aeternus. Well executed.
