Cool! Been meaning to check out VOLA again as well. DIIV (pronounced Dive) has elements of shoegaze and grunge as well, the mix works really well i.m.o.

Oh, definitely check out Applause of a Distant Crowd. That album is absolutely terrific. Inmazes is really really good too, and is a bit heavier. New album is out in about two months, so you'll have some time to digest their previous stuff until then
