Bands like Devourement that play a wall of nothing arent good to my ears.

How is Cryptopsy not a wall of nothing? Their first albums have some of the worst production in the history of music, and are horribly composed and overly technical. Devourment have much catchier riffs and still remain technical. I guess slam isn't "trve" enough for you.
