NO!!! You shall buy them ALL!!!! But I would start with Cosmic Genisis. Its easier to comprehend than VFTSG. Not superior, but easier to listin to.
Do you mean VFTSG (whatever that stands for) is more technical? Or that it's just out there?
Because I started listening to Opeth by starting with the more accessible BLACKWATER PARK, but ended up loving ORCHID and MORINGRISE, which are more complex CD's.
