Here's a few I can think off:
Detroid Rock City - Featured KISS on stage
Dazed and Confused - Blue Oyster Cult
Rock Star - Featured members from Slaughter and the drummer is John Bonhams' son
Wane's World - A very intelectual Alice Cooper , Aerosmith , Pearl Jam and a Jim Morrison look alike
XXX - Rummstein (cool!)

I completly forgot to mention these movies!! And they are so cool. I love them both.

Detroid Rock City is hilarious!! I love that scene where the disco freaks destroy their 8track tapes.

Dazed and Confused is also great.

Yea and then they kicked asses and made them up like KISS :D

Hmm I forgot Blue Oyster Cult soundtrack for "Bad Seeds". And alright with Lee Ving on "Clue" ;), who also performed in the hillarious "Get Crazy" featuring also Lou Reed, John Densmore, besides the actors :D

Do you mean Dokken, not Slaughter? It was Bonham, Jeff Pilson (Dokken / Dio), and Zack (Ozzy).

I liked that movie, I know alot of people didn't but I thought it was cool.

If you play the movie with comentary I'm sure they said it's members from Slaughter - It could be Dokken it's definatly Bonham though, he looks alot like his old man did. I've got a dokken casette with a heavily tattood guy on it , I think it's called Beast from the east or something, it's burried deep , I never really listened to it so I don't know them.
And yes - that movie rocked!! - I loved it :headbang:

While this is a bit off-topic, Neil Young made his own movie called "Greendale" and it is pretty interesting (though I haven't actually seen it.) It is also his latest CD release and is obviously a concept deal.

Yep When hes at the metal club to see his mad scientist buddy.... he goes up to the guy thats head banging and is like "excuse me is whatshis Name here" and the dude just headbangs and he says Thank you ... that was CC on the Stage

Apparently Cannibal Corpse is Jim Carey's favorite band. In Me Myself and Irene, in one of the scenes CC is being played in the backround when they are in the car.

But was there any metalband in it? Or any metal kind of person of any kind? :loco:

It was about a group of metalheads, one of them ends up killing his girlfriend during a fight. They try to cover up the murder, it was made in the mid 80's and starred Keanu Reeves. I haven't watched it for a few years, but I can remember them showing the records they had, and Slayer playing in the movie. Anyway, the movie was about metalheads is that close enough for you?
